Dosage

Start with 1-2 softgels per meal and slowly build up to the recommended dose of 3-6 softgels per meal. For best results take PGX Daily softgels before meals with a glass of water, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.
 
Official Label Dosage:
For best results take PGX® Daily softgels 15–20 minutes before meals with 375–500 mL of water or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Week 1:1–2 softgels 3 times daily
Week 2: 2–4 softgels 3 times daily
Week 3 and beyond:3–6 softgels 3 times daily
 
Best Dosage According to Customer Experience & Feedback:
For best results take PGX® Daily softgels 20–30 minutes before meals with:
• 250mL of water if taking 1-2 softgels
• 300mL of water if taking 3-4 softgels
• 350-400mL of water if taking 5-6 softgels
 
Drink as much water as desired between meals, but it is important to follow the above guidelines at the time of PGX softgel consumption. Enough water needs to be consumed when taking PGX softgels however if too much water is consumed the PGX will be less effective.
