Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Zinc (HVP* chelate) 25 mg
*HVP: Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
Other Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

1–2 tablets daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
