Each serving/drop (0.03 mL) contains:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 400 IU (10 mcg)
Other Ingredients
Medium chain triglycerides (coconut and RSPO certified palm kernel), organic flaxseed oil, natural vitamin E.

Dosage

Recommended dose (children, adolescents and adults 0 year and over): Invert bottle and allow 1 drop (0.03 mL) to flow out onto a spoon, or mix with food or liquids. 1 drop 1–2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not exceed 1 drop per day for children under one year old. Shake well before use.
