Dosage
Recommended adult dose: 1–2 softgels daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For mood balance: 2 softgels 1 time daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For prevention of vitamin D deficiency (adults over 70): 2 softgels 1 time daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
