Each tablet contains
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid, Sodium ascorbate) 600mg
Elemental Zinc/Zinc (Oxide/oxyde) 2mg
Other Ingredients
Dextrose, natural orange flavour, cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate, sucralose
Dosage
Children 4-8: Chew 1 tablet daily
Children 9-13: Chew 1-2 tablets daily
Adolescents 14-18: Chew 1-3 tablets daily
Adults 19+: Chew 1-3 tablets daily
Take with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications
