Curcumin is an ancient herb, originating from India. Traditionally, this herb was used for food flavoring especially in curries as well as preserving and improving palatability. It was highly esteemed by the Indo- European people for its golden yellow color that resembles sunlight. The yellow color that Curcumin produces has been and still is used for commercial purposes such as coloring and dying fabrics such as cotton, silk, wood, paper, and cosmetics.
Curcumin has also been used to help for many years in Ayuverdic medicine. It has been used to help many internal ailments some of which are stomach problems, liver diseases, urinary tract diseases and also as blood purifier. Externally, it has been used in the prevention and treatment of skin disease some of which are caused by parasites it has been used to soften the skin, and it has been used topically on bruises, sprains, cuts, infected wounds and inflammation.
Curcumin has also many other properties. Some of which are antioxidant properties which help the body in preventing the build-up of tissue –injuring free radicals.

Dosage
1 capsule 3 times per day with meals.
