Krill Oil

Krill oil contains omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. The fatty acids in Krill Oil are in phospholipid form and are therefore easily absorbed. Krill oil has a higher concentration of key fatty acids than fish oils, so a smaller daily dose can produce similar results. In krill oil the omega-3’s are already connected to fat molecules like the ones in our bodies - phospholipids - so they are “ready to use” and don’t require any chemical conversion. This may be why krill oil is so effective at reducing inflammation, cholesterol and triglycerides.
