Women's Complete RxOmega-3 Factors is your best source of essential fatty acids for women. Molecularly-distilled and ultra-purified, it exceeds Health Canada's purity standards. Two capsules provide more than 1,000 mg of pharmaceutical grade fish oil concentrate (400 mg EPA/200 mg DHA), 500 mg of organic flaxseed oil (260 mg ALA) and 500 mg of evening primrose oil for omega-6 essential fatty acids (50 mg GLA).

Recommended Adult Dose
For Cognitive Health:2–3 softgels 1–3 times daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For Cardiovascular Support: 2–3 softgels 1–3 times daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For Reducing Serum Triglycerides: 2–3 softgels 2–3 times daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For Reducing the Pain of Rheumatoid Arthritis: 10 softgels daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Contraindications
May reduce platelet stickiness.
Therefore those using anticoagulants such as warfarin (Coumadin) or platelet-inhibiting drugs (aspirin, ticlopidine/Ticlid) should monitor their blood regularly to reduce the risk of bleeding from excessive thinning of the blood.
Drug Interactions
Children: Suitable for children at one-half the adult dosage.
Pregnancy and Nursing: Considered safe in recommended dosages.
Seniors: No special precautions known.
