Each strain has been selected for ability to grow in the presence of high bile levels. High growth in the presence of bile also maximizes probiotic potency. Dosage
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily on a full stomach or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Contraindications
- If taking antibiotics, take probiotics two hours before or two hours after the antibiotics are taken. Continue to use probiotics long after the antibiotics are finished.
