Each softgel contains    

Vitamin A   (palmitate) 10,000 IU (3025 mcg RAE)
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 400 IU (10 mcg)

Other ingredients
Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), organic flaxseed oil, vitamin E.

1 softgel daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, egg, shellfish, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs.
