Jamieson Calcium Citrate & Vit D3 120 caplets

Ingredients

Each Caplet Contains:
Elemental Calcium (citrate) 250 mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 1.25 mcg/50 IU
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, titanium dioxide, modified cellulose gum, magnesium oxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, triethyl citrate, purified magnesium silicate, polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax.

Dosage

Take 4 caplets daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
