Each Softgel Contains:
Borage Oil (Borago officinalis, seed)
Standardized to 136 mg GLA 670 mg
Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides, fruit) 50 mg
Chaste Tree (10:1) Extract (Vitex agnus-castus, fruit)
Equivalent to 50 mg raw herb 5 mg
Vitamin A (Palmitate) 300 mcg RAE
Biotin 150 mcg
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 3 mg AT/4.5 IU
Chromium (Polynicotinate) 60 mcg
Zinc (Oxide) 5 mg
Other Ingredients
Gelatin (bovine), yellow beeswax, glycerin, soybean oil, lecithin (soy), natural colours (carob, carmine), titanium dioxide.

Dosage

Take 3 softgels daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects. Store between 15° and 20°, away from children.
