Ingredients
Each 1 mL (15 drops) Contains:
Valerian 1:4 Tincture (Valeriana officinalis) (root) 250 mg
(In a 40% pure grain alcohol base)
Other Ingredients
Purified water, grain alcohol.
Dosage
3 mL (45 drops) 1–3 times daily in a ½ glass of water or as directed by a health care practitioner.
