Ingredients

Each Caplet Contains:
Apple Cider Vinegar (7:1) extract (Malus domestica, fruit) equivalent to 1,000 mg of raw herb, standardized to 36% acetic acid 143 mg
Chromium (Amino acid chelate) 500 mcg
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, crospovidone, watersoluble cellulose, silica.

Dosage

Take 1 caplet daily with a full glass of water before or with a meal. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
