Elemental Calcium (Carbonate, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 333 mg
Magnesium (Oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 167 mg
Other Ingredients
Purified magnesium silicate, modified cellulose gum, water-soluble cellulose, titanium dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, triethyl citrate, polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax.

Dosage

Take 1 caplet 3 times daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after other medications. Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children.
