Ingredients

Each Softgel Contains:
Valerian (3:1) extract 133.34 mg
(Valeriana officinalis, root and rhizome) equivalent to 400 mg of dried herb.
Other Ingredients
Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, natural colour (carob), yellow beeswax, lecithin (soy)

Dosage

Take 3 softgels 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
