Jamieson Kelp is a natural source of iodine that helps support proper functioning of the thyroid gland. Kelp supplements may be beneficial for individuals with hypothyroidism (underactive or low thyroid function).

Ingredients

Each Tablet Contains:
Iodine 650 mcg (derived from Ascophyllum nodosum, kelp)
Other Ingredients
Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, silica, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: Take 1 tablet daily. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
