Organika’s Royal Jelly contains minerals, enzymes, hormones, eighteen amino acids, lipids, antimicrobial components to help maintain overall health and metabolic support. RECOMMENDED DOSE - (ORAL) ADULTS ONLY:
1000 mg Strength - Take 1 softgel capsule per day with a meal and a glass of water.
