Each capsule contains:

Other Ingredients
vegetable oil (palm and coconut), gelatine capsule (fish gelatin (Tilapia) glycerin), soy lecithin, and pectin
May contain minimal residual amount of milk protein.
This product contains natural ingredients; colour variations are normal.
Dosage
One capsule daily, with water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food. Do not chew or crush.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or sever abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immune-comprised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
