Each Softgel Contains:
Evening Primrose Oil (Oenothera biennis, seed) 500 mg
standardized to 50 mg (10%) Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA)
Vitamin E 6.7 mg AT/10 IU (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate)
Other Ingredients
Gelatin (bovine), glycerin, soybean oil

Dosage

Take 2 softgels, 3 times daily for the maintenance of good health. Take 3 softgels 3 times daily to support skin hydration. Store between 15°C and 25°C away from children.
