Each tablet contains:
L-Theanine 100 mg
L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seed) 15 mg
Melatonin (non-animal source) 1.5 mg
Other Ingredients
Organic cane juice, purified stearic acid, xylitol, silica, tropical fruit flavour, citric acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Dosage
Chew 2 tablets daily, 30–45 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. 5-HTP can cause stomach sensitivity in some people. For this reason it is recommended that you do not take this product on an empty stomach.
For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
